Veganizing Recipes
Most recipes can be veganized with good results. See PETA's advice on Vegetarian Cooking for tips on veganizing recipes. Sometimes it's best to look for a new recipe rather than try to veganize an existing one.
Meatloaf and baked goods that call for lots of eggs are good examples of this.
